Payment Options
I serve Nationwide. I accept
Credit Cards via PayPal, money orders and certified checks made payable to "Cami Franklin".
I cannot accept personal checks. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, I can send you a PayPal Payment request via email
and this will allow you to pay with your credit card.
Please
let me know when you place your order how you intend to pay. If your order comes to $75.00 or less, I require the full payment
upfront. For anything over $75.01, I require a minimum of 50% deposit. If I am addressing Wedding invitations, this is determined
by the approximation of envelopes ordered. Keep in mind that there are usually additions and changes which can add or subtract
from the cost of the order. At the time of completion, I will invoice you for the final count. Please pay the remaining amount
at that time.
Special Information for Wedding
Invitations
Please keep in mind that each item
is done individually by hand and takes time. I ask that you allow enough time to work on your project so that it is done beautifully.
Just like other wedding vendors, my calendar can fill up and I will not replace quality of service with speed.
I schedule two to three brides per week (based on the number of envelopes) and
it is a first come, first serve basis based on payment of the Scheduling Fee. My calendar can fill up quickly so it is never
too early to get scheduled. Please call for availability.
Remember
that your invitations need to be mailed at least 6 weeks before the wedding. 8 weeks if you have a lot of out of town guests.
Please allow an average time of 3 days per 100 wedding invitations. This may vary according to your order. I will require
50% non-refundable Scheduling Fee to book you on my calendar. This is based on the estimated number of envelopes. This 50%
is non-refundable because once I schedule you on my calendar, I turn all other work away from those dates to insure that your
invitations get first priority and are completed in a timely manner. The final payment is due before I return your envelopes
to you. I will not begin working on your project until the complete 50% Sceduling Fee is received. I will work with clients
to break things up into payments. If you choose to pay partial payments, I will not ship your completed project until the
final payment is received. Please note that 100% of your Scheduling Fee goes directly to the cost of your envelopes.
There are no hidden charges.
I am flexible when working
with Wedding Invitations. Additions to the guest list after I have received the order are very common. Email me the additions
or changes, and I will make note of them. I will gladly accommodate these changes, as I know how hectic it can be to plan
your dream wedding! I do not charge extra for this service.
Please
be sure and send me at least 10 - 15% extra envelopes with your order as errors can easily happen if my pen catches or something
is spelled wrong.

Shipping
I will ship anywhere in the
U.S.
When working with wedding invitations, as long as we allow enough time, if you pay to send them to me, I will pay
to ship them back to you. If I have to ship them back to you other than priority mail, you will pay the shipping costs.
A Shipping and Handling fee will be added to special orders. This fee will include the cost of a special
mailer so your product will not be damaged. This will vary depending upon the special order.
